What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of work experience.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

What You'll Do
As a part-time Sales Lead, you will support leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and in turn, drive results. You will also have responsibility for operational processes including opening and closing the boutique.
This position is a great way to gain leadership experience and grow your retail skills including:
Assisting the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.
Supporting and reinforcing a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
Using effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.

Position Requirements
Preferred experience in a specialty retail store
Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique while includes, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
