Description of Duties
Title: Retail Warehouse Coordinator
Classification: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate*: $24.00/hr - 25.00/hr
Reports to: Director of Warehouse
Location: 20807 Belshaw Ave, Carson CA 90746 (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (with some required Saturdays, on an as needed basis)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for pulling and preparing retail replenishments, collecting transfer orders and managing the transfer of inventory.
Responsible for shipping outbound orders for retail.
Responsible for replenishing supplies for events and retail stores as necessary (gift boxes, retail bags, tissue paper, seasonal cards, etc.)
Responsible for receiving and putting away all Return To Vendor transfer orders.
Troubleshoot any order/transfer order errors.
Conduct weekly cycle counts for retail allocations.
Assist the warehouse team with inventory reconciliation after events.
Report inventory discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisors.
Provides timely correspondence from both shared and direct email accounts.
Coordinating the 3rd party or customer pick-ups from our retail stores or offsite event locations.
Assist with performing quality inspections on merchandise before shipping.
Assist Warehouse with inventory counts and verification of stock, performing physical counts.
Assist with sorting the merchandise into appropriate warehouse locations. Sort and place items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
Responsible for ensuring the company's safety and cleanliness work environment standards are met.
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed (labeling, distributing trim/raw materials inventory to Production Team).
Maintain high packing standards and Quality control.
Assist with receiving merchandise from 3rd parties and verifying the bill of lading and delivery note. Verify that shipments are intact and report any defects.
Assist with quality control of product, steaming, notifying Returns of Repairs, and lint rolling product before packed.
Assist with maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the Stock room, warehouse, and show room.
Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule.
Responsible for working occasional Saturdays and Sundays to help with our Retail Store Inventory counts.
Responsible for Retail onsite mid-year & end of year count to troubleshoot and approve inventory counts.
Qualifications:
1-2 years Warehouse experience.
1-2 years Retail experience.
Attention to detail and knowledge of our product.
Able to communicate clearly with peers and cross functional partners.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with others.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Requires proof of valid Driver's License and Car Insurance.

The Role:
Landsberg Orora is seeking a Material Handler to receive, store and distribute material and products within establishment by performing
the various warehouse functions.
This position will report to the: Warehouse Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
What You'll be Responsible For in this Role
In this role your primary duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
Reads customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
Inspects forklift equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, fuel, etc.
Processes clear and accurate paperwork
Conveys material and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
Assembles customer order from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to the shipping department and may load material onto a truck.
Counts items to ensure conformance to company standards.
Compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
Marks materials with identifying information
Opens bales, crates or other containers if needed.
Maintains inventory records.
Records the amount of materials or items received or distributed
May use computer to enter records
Prepares parcels for mailing
Has inspection authority to release or not to release product prior to delivery
Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Forklift certified a plus
2 years' experience in warehouse environment
Additional Required Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memo
Ability to write short correspondence
