The Inbound Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving all parts, maintenance and organization of the parts cage, inventory items, and maintaining stock equipment. This role will also be the backup warehouse driver.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain all job specific, non-stock, and stock item inventory documentation
Notify Purchasing Manager when equipment is needed
Communicate with Production Managers on parts status
Create job shelf when new cost estimates are provided for ordering
Highlight items on cost estimate, pull and allocate to corresponding job and shelf
Make Project Managers aware of parts they could use from non-stock
Organize and label all utilized shelves and pallet racks
When necessary, unload products and equipment off trucks safely and efficiently
Verify and sign for all inbound shipments
Ensure all equipment has been checked in promptly and accurately, and verify that the components received are as ordered
Timely return and tracking of all RMA
Assist Outbound Warehouse Coordinator with:
Returns
Inventory maintenance and documentation
Packaging and wrapping completed jobs
Shipping and deliveries
Equipment management
Maintenance and organization of the warehouses and work areas for orderliness at all times.
Work with Purchasing Manager, Financial Controller, and President to recommend items to be included on, removed from, or quantity level adjustments of inventory items (minimums/ maximums)
Review invoices that are being questioned
Note quality checkout forms for consumable pricing in system and give to Project Managers
Handle Ebay account and misc. parts sales to include shipping, recording, transferring paypal money, and providing a copy of the information to the Financial Controller
Act as the backup warehouse driver
Loads and unloads products and equipment on trucks safely and efficiently
Ensure delivery of correct items to the customer
Drive a truck with a 16ft. trailer in Austin area and up to 250 miles away to deliver product and equipment to businesses and job sites
Maintain clean driving record and valid driver's license
Reviews orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors
Attend meetings and trainings deemed necessary by Management
Any other task, assignments, duty, or projects, as requested by Management
