As a Hub Specialist, your responsibility is to support shipping, receiving, and handling of materials at our production hub. Work Environment: The Shipping Driver/ Hub Specialist will regularly work in conditions open to the elements such as loading dock and parking lot conditions. This position will occasionally need to wear food safety equipment including a lab coat, hairnet, and food-safe gloves when required to access food production spaces.
Travel Requirement: The Shipping Driver/ Hub Specialist role is primarily mobile within western Washington state, generally as far north as Bellingham and as far south as Tacoma. Each shift will start and end at our Culinary Innovation Hub in Seattle's SODO neighborhood. Outside of assigned routes, travel is not required.

Quickparts is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Technician to ensure that our manufactured parts are processed, inspected, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.
The Shipping and Receiving Technician will be responsible for preparing and handling outgoing shipments, inspecting and packaging parts, and maintaining organized work areas. This role is vital to upholding our quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and prompt shipment documentation, communication, and reporting. The right candidate will also maintain shipping supplies, manage associated paperwork, and collaborate with management to address any shipment-related issues.
In this role, you will:
Box parts and prepare packages for shipment per instructions and established procedures
Complete the daily shipping report and applicable shipping-related documentation
Use computer software to ship, track, check, and route orders accurately
Answer emails and questions regarding shipments and provide regular updates to management
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts prior to packaging
Order and maintain shipping-related supplies as needed
Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient environment
You might be a good fit if (you have/are):
1+ year of related experience in shipping, receiving, or fulfillment operations
A high school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with MS Office, UPS, and FedEx shipping programs
Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds and maintain attention to detail
Familiarity with basic measuring tools and forklift operation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Larson Automotive Group offers a comprehensive group medical insurance plan to all hired full-time applicants that start the first of the month following the completion of continuous 60 of employment. We offer 4 plans to help employees access the best plan that fits their budget and needs. One plan is zero cost to the employee.
