Position Purpose
As an Omnichannel Stock Associate with Zimmermann, you will be driven and proactive in executing and overseeing all back of house, stock and operational functions. You will possess a detail orientation, organized and professional approach in meeting the required KPI's of the position.

Role Responsibilities

Compensation
Zimmermann utilizes the advertised salary and hourly range as a benchmark to offer candidates competitive compensation in the market. This approach also allows for flexibility to account for differing levels of experience and to reward both performance and tenure.
Although the published salary range is a genuine estimate of the intended hourly pay for the role, Zimmermann maintains the discretion to offer compensation outside the specified range of $22-$24 per hour.
In addition to hourly pay, our Omnichannel Stock team members may also be eligible to receive monthly bonus incentives for excellence in stock management, inventory accuracy and loss prevention as well as accuracy of order fulfillment.

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for the operation of the Mail Room, Shipping and Receiving, and Copy Center in the absence of the Mailroom Clerk. This position is also responsible for maintaining the Loading Dock and Shipping and Receiving areas during vendor load-in.
Essential Functions
Maintains a secure, clean, neat, and orderly work area in the Mailroom and surrounding loading dock.
Assist and Monitor load-in of vendors before an event, including but not limited to greeting vendors, assisting with the Freight Elevator, and notifying the Events team of their arrival.
Gather materials for load-in of vendors, including but not limited to multi-tiered carts, flatbed carts, and dollies.
Document vendor load-in activities if applicable and send them to Operations Manager at the end of shift via email.
Ensures that the Shipping and Receiving Lane remains clear at all times, including during vendor load-ins.
Open and close the Loading Dock roll-up door for deliveries and vendor load-in.
Ensures that the Loading dock remains secure during event load-ins.
Assist with the garage traffic flow as needed during the day and during events.
Posts outgoing mail and distributes incoming mail to the appropriate parties, in a timely manner.
Logs all incoming packages in the package logbook and notifies recipients of package pickup

* Promotes safe practices and compliance in storage area.
* Manages purchases, requests, and stock for all office supplies.
* Other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
* 2 years of experience managing inventory
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Demands
* Sitting at desk and walking throughout office delivering packages
* Operation of office equipment and computer
* Occasionally lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
