This position is **full-time and Onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA.** **What You'll Do:** + Load and unload trucks, interfacing with common carriers. + Sign bills of lading for incoming shipments and process IBL, packing lists from vendors using SAP. + Verify accuracy of incoming product against documentation, sort products, and prepare for putaway. + Receive products into SAP using barcode scanners or computers. + Store products in designated areas/zones using order pickers, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners. + Break down/lump floor-loaded containers. + Pick products for customer orders, manufacturing orders, and sample requests using barcode scanners, pick tickets, shipping papers, order pickers, turret trucks, and manual or electric pallet jacks. + Conduct bin location audits, unit load, and carton transfers. + Weigh or hand count quantities needed for orders and requests. + Review SAP packing functions or ship sets for packaging instructions. + Perform special packaging and apply special labeling as required by customers, following the 107 specifications. + Recognize hazardous/flammable materials and prepare shipments according to established procedures. + Prepare cartons and pallet loads for shipment, attaching proper documentation and carrier required documentation. + Generate manifests and bill of ladings, verifying against carton count in the staging area. + Contact common carriers to arrange pick-ups for shipments. + Load and unload cartons to/from pallets, carts, or conveyors using forklifts and manual or electric pallet **What You'll Need** Required: + Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems + Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker, etc.). + Familiarity with safety and security procedures in a warehouse setting. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 - 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
