Your Background * Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, drawings, schematics and diagrams. * Read a tape measure * Operate a computer to locate inventory parts, drawings, work orders, etc. * Operate hand- and air-powered tools required to successfully perform the assigned task (i.e. box staple gun, dead blow hammer, torque wrenches, pliers, measuring scale, tape measure, marking pens, vise, and other related tools). * Excellent hand-eye coordination. * Good communication skills (verbal and written) * Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills. * Ability to perform repetitive tasks extended periods of time. Physical Requirements * Medium Work; traverse the entire shop floor throughout several departments; ascend and descend a ladder; retrieve items from floor and overhead; communicate with discern; detect safety alarms that are audible and visual; fine motor skills, lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds * Requires concentration, accuracy, and focused mental effort while multi-tasking in a team environment. * Must wear standard personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the shop floor or in other work area where mandated (i.e. steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and/or other applicable PPE).
