Ensuring all staff complete daily reports and tasks as assigned · Assist with household maintenance needs and vehicle upkeep to ensure a safe and functional living environment. · Take a leadership role in planning individual leisure activities and ensuring residents have access to opportunities for recreation and personal development. · Serve as the primary contact during shifts, communicating day-to-day updates to administrative personnel in the absence of the Residential House Manager. · Maintain First Aid, CPR, MAP & PABC certifications. · Maintain training specific to individual programmatic issues. · Other duties as assigned Physical and Scheduling Requirements: · Ability to assist residents with personal care, including lifting and transferring individuals. · Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, overnight coverage, and occasional overtime as needed. · Must be able to handle physically demanding situations, such as assisting in emergencies or behavioral crises. Qualifications: · B.A./B.S. in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field preferred or one year of experience in human services. · Must maintain active MAP certification, will need to obtain MAP certification within 3 months of hire. · Must be 21+, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and daily use of a car (preferred). · Must have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Must be able to meet physical requirements, including assisting with resident transfers, personal care, and handling emergency situations.
