Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Freight Flow Responsible for managing overall store logistic processes that support company initiatives and productivity goals. Utilize all company tools and training resources to ensure the team follows logistic processes, visual execution standards, and stocking routines. Manage visual publication calendar and delivery schedule to plan and execute all logistics workload; partner with Assistant Manager of Operations or Assistant Store Manager to schedule for workload. Maintain and manage stockroom standards and organization that supports efficiency and safety standards. What You'll Bring Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision-making skills that align with strategic initiatives, effective delegation and validation, and the ability to execute daily priorities efficiently. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending upon the needs of the business. Minimum Age 21 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
