Description: The Lead Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting in the receiving of freight, breakdown of pallets, scanning, and sortation of boxes by driver routes, loading of vehicles, and helping to direct traffic in the facility. The Shift Lead is responsible for ensuring that his or her shift team surprises and delights PRETTY BIRD customers through sophisticated customer service. The Shift Lead is responsible for 1) Supporting the General Manager with all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the store.
