Schedule: S-S, 8-5; On Call Rotation every 4 weeks (which includes nights and weekends). Job Description:Respond to service calls as needed to extract water, remove materials affected by water, clean up after fire damages, disinfect/remove materials affected by mold or remediate bio-hazards. Communicate with the crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment and warehouse per assignment. Ensure that office personnel have the information and documentation needed to process jobs.Responsibilities:
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
Set up equipment for each project then leave job site clean and orderly
Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order (DryBook)
Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief, other technicians and office personnel
Understand and follow safety guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
Qualifications:
Effective oral and written communication

Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates.
Daily communication with technicians to obtain job status and updates.
