Prototype vehicle build technician focusing on but not limited to supporting the installation of instrumentation and
repair of all VM/NE-NA vehicles in support of Anti-Lock Brake system variants and Actuation applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Installation of all test data acquisition systems.
Installation and repair of all brake hardware and controls.
Suspension R&R. (shocks, springs)
Wire harness build. Diagnosis, Repair.
Complete understanding of vehicle wiring schematics along with the use of all electrical diagnostic tools.
Debug and trouble shoot various sensor and instrumentation issues.
Working knowledge of CAN communications.
Hydraulic line fabrication/bending and joining.
Vehicle wheel alignment.
Tire installation & balancing.

Support the transportation of prototype vehicles between various Bosch locations.
Other Workplace Considerations:
