This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the members financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.
Responsibilities

Answers member telephone calls regarding PenFeds consumer products while ensuring Best-In-Class member experience.
Research and resolves member problems within delegated limits.
Maintains knowledge of PenFed deposit and consumer loan products, policies and procedures.
Perform appropriate identification and authentication with each caller.
Provide account maintenance such as address changes,check orders, ATM & Debit Card orders, opening & closing of accounts.
Answer inquiries for all consumer deposit accounts and consumer loan accounts.
Process account transactions for consumer products using a variety of methods.
Complete and forward documents to other departments on a regular basis.
Refer members to the appropriate service groups for answers to special or unique inquiries.
Refer member to the sales team by recommending credit union products and services appropriate to member needs.
Qualifications
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
High School diploma or a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions.
A minimum of one (1) year work experience in a service-oriented field preferred.
Knowledge consumer banking products preferred.
Strong oral communication and listening skills required.

As a Nursing Services Surveyor Consultant you will:
Perform state and federal surveys of long term care facilities including interviews, record reviews and observations of resident cares- feeding, bathing, grooming, medication administration, meal preparation, serving of meals, donning and doffing of PPE, infection control practices, wound care and treatment, transfers, respiratory treatments, peri and incontinence cares and all other aspects of the skilled nursing facility to ensure compliance with both state and federal regulations.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 5:30pm
Hiring Rate: $32.306 - $43.112/hour, Pay rate may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints, if approved - based on years of LPN and RN work experience.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Post high school coursework/training in professional nursing AND experience in hospital, public health or nursing administration, teaching or surveying health care facilities.
Legal Requirements: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
Preferred Qualifications: Recent long term care/LTC experience. Wound Nurse experience, Competency Testing Experience (RN LPN NA MA) MDS/RAI knowledge or ANACC certification and/or Care Plan experience, Infection Control or Infection Prevention Control Knowledge or certification preferred. QA/QAPI experience Director of Nursing (DON), ADON, Chief Nursing Officer, Executive Nurse, Corporate Nurse Consultant, Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager or other supervisory experience preferred.
Other: Must have valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation for work related travel. Frequent overnight travel required- at least 2 weeks per month. Must be able to work at least one weekend/Sunday shift per quarter as required. Must be able to work 10 hour shifts, travel in a car up to 2 hours per day.
