The Property Relations Representative is responsible for managing property owner inquiries and concerns in a call center environment. This role requires an individual who can assess customer needs accurately, efficiently solve problems, and maintain positive relationships with property owners. The representative will also support the Manager of Property Relations with special projects and be tasked with ensuring the seamless resolution of any issues that arise.
