As a Server at Oyster House, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. You'll interact with customers, take orders, and deliver food and drinks while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, explain the menu, and answer any questions about the food and beverages. Take accurate orders and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared properly. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in on tables and offering refills or additional items. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Assist with setting up and clearing tables. Follow food safety and cleanliness standards. Qualifications: Previous server or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team player mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
