It is the server’s responsibility to be event ready in properly set up all tables before every event and assist in the tear down after the event is completed. To ensure a smooth-running event, please use all the appropriate items needed ie., BEOs and Liquor Inventory sheets, communicating with other servers, kitchen personnel and the manager-on-duty. An integral part of the server’s position is to provide support and assistance to other servers when and wherever needed if possible. Hands must be washed frequently. Wearing of latex service gloves is permitted but should be changed frequently.
