Qualifications:

Position Overview
KIRO FM is looking for fill in (on call) talk show host talent. A Host must be able to prepare and deliver entertaining, informative, compelling content for fast-paced local Seattle talk shows. Who you are:
Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
Experience in food service work preferred.
Experience in working with seniors preferred.

General Summary:
The Server provides full-scope, hands on serving functions in the community Culinary Services Department. Responsible in always providing superior level of quality service and cleanliness.
Essential Job Duties:
Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times.
Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables.
Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure.
Represent community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed indoors. Occasional event service outdoors where you may be exposed to the elements (hot, cold, rain, etc.). Must be able to stand/walk for 100% of the workday. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds independently, as well as push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and balance frequently throughout the workday. Must be able to see, hear, and speak.
