JOB SUMMARY
A Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at venues or catering events. Their duties include greeting guests and taking their orders, bringing them the correct drinks and dishes, bussing tables and refilling their beverages as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Set up facilities for events including dishware, glassware, silverware, linens and other amenities according to banquet event order (BEO) requirements and Banquet Manager's direction.
Serve food & alcohol within the laws of the Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board and Washington State Health Department.

Must be able to respond to simple complaints or inquiries from customers, members of the business community, and/or regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent GED strong preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events, banquets or restaurants preferred.
Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic drinks.
