The property currently consists of our 120 room recently renovated hotel, 10,500 square feet of event space, an indoor swimming pool, basketball court, racquet ball courts, and much more. Summary: The role of a Event Server is to provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to our guests attending weddings and events while performing responsibilities throughout the event and as directed by the event supervisor. This role is considered an on call position and servers know their schedules well in advance. Responsibilities: Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies and procedures. Ensures guest interactions are always positive. Smiles with every guest. To check and confirm schedule at least two weeks in advance of scheduled event. To know where and what time your shift begins before the day of the event. Know what the procedures are when you first arrive in event room such as: gather linens, silverware, glassware, and setting head table first, etc. Look over paperwork and know your assigned jobs and duties for that specific event.
