Job Summary: The Server is responsible for providing food and beverage service to Members and Guests while consistently displaying a positive attitude with knowledge about the food and beverage menu. Responsibilities of the Banquet Server position consist of, but are not limited to: Assisting the Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner Set up banquet room as instructed by Supervisor to include linen, service ware and glassware Serve the food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation of the Supervisor to ensure consistency throughout the banquet.
