    p>Summary SAVOR... a leading provider of food and beverage services at sports, entertainment and convention facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Restaurant Server for The INTERMISSION restaurant located inside The Van Andel Arena. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Self-motivated, detailed oriented and reliable Knowledge of proper table service with the ability to suggest food and beverages to customers. Maintains an organized and clean area that they are working at. Ability to communicate with guest and staff in a timely manner. Good knowledge of mixed drinks, wines and liquor brands. Desire to learn our menu and demonstrate complete understanding of all menu items. Qualifications Basic math and good writing skills (For order taking) Prior experience working as a server for 1-year minimum in a restaurant setting. Positive attitude and neat appearance. Must speak and understand English. Must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good attitude required. Skills and Abilities Positive, customer service oriented attitude at all times. Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards. Work ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment. Ability to take direction from manager. Ability to work with other staff members in the facility. Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks. Attention to detail. Computer Skills Basic understanding of computers.
