Qualifications Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry. Good knowledge of food and wine. Experience at a luxury hospitality property. Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol. Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs. Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
