About The Role

Our team is responsible for upholding an “unparalleled country club experience” for our members and their guests through first impressions at the Welcome Cabana; kind and attentive service throughout their visit, and always a fond farewell. We focus on personalized service, exercising our ability to create memorable experiences daily. Team members will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to, greeting our membership and signing in each member and guest at the Welcome Cabana, pool side food and beverage orders, Snack Bar food and beverage orders, towel service, and continual engagement with the membership, including member's children and guest's.
Essential Functions:
Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests upon arrival.
Serves food and beverages with a great attitude, speed and courteous hospitality.
Responsible for setup, breakdown, cleaning and stocking of Pool Snack Bar.
Place orders with kitchen through Northstar POS. Inform chefs/cooks about any special cooking instructions and or food allergies.
Assists Youth Activity teammates with children supervision.
Challenged to provide ideas to culinary team for various food & beverage menu specials.
Completes job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A team spirit and positive, outgoing attitude is a must.
Knowledge of and ability to cater to the membership.
Prior food service or childcare experience preferred.
Full availability required - to include weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 35 lbs., stand for long periods of time, and climb stairs daily.
Ability to bend and lift frequently.
Ability to work in a hot environment outdoors for hours at a time.
May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.
Work Environment
Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-end, sophisticated environment.

Role Purpose

Qualification Requirements
Must be able to deliver plates and food and clear tables, which may require lifting up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
Must be dressed neatly and well groomed in company approved uniform at all times
Must be able to operate P.O.S. system, make change correctly and make credit card transactions accurately
Must be able to calmly respond to angry Guests and notify a Manager
