Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk around on concrete, grass and wood throughout the day for up to 10 hours a day. Must be able to stand for periods up to 2 hours at a time. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Bartenders to join our team. Our ideal candidate is at least 21 years of age, a self-starter, motivated, and engaged and be able to work in an upscale, service oriented environment.
Job Summary
Provide food & beverage service to our diners and to servers in an efficient and courteous manner, following established restaurant standards. To uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform
Prepare bar for service prior to guest arrival, including the supplying of service stations, stock to proper par levels, and inspection of the bar top, chairs and immediate area.
Serve food and beverage items according to established Cork standards
Monitor diners' satisfaction frequently, anticipate needs without requiring direction and properly time courses.
Restock areas as needed
Properly obtain completed guest checks and close/cash out
Attend all scheduled employee meetings, tastings and trainings
In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your manager
Qualifications
Must have complete knowledge of cocktails, types of beers, and an understanding of Italian fare and Italian Wines
Must be able to upsell and make recommendations to diners
