This position is part time Scheduled hours are Monday 6am-2:30pm, Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-6pm To provide excellent dining room service in serving meals to residents and guests in a professional manner. Daily cleaning, bussing tables, setting up tables and completing daily side work. Job Duties: Maintains control of and responsibility for assigned section. This includes the satisfaction of residents dining in the section, as well as the look, cleanliness and presentation of the section. Ensures that food is delivered hot to each resident and assists others in delivering food throughout the dining room. Fully communicates any mistakes, mishaps, complaints and accidents to the Culinary Supervisor and the Community Administrator. Demonstrates knowledge of food menu items and specials. Assists with all aspects of the dining experience for all residents. Assists with all job functions in the kitchen and dining room including but not limited to prep, greeting residents, running food, bussing and cleaning tables, maintaining dining room cleanliness, stocking supplies and washing dishes. Completes all assigned side work and cleaning tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
