The Role RISE Lounge & Smokeasy is seeking a Lounge Server to be the ultimate guide to the consumption lounge experience. The Lounge Server role includes delivering exceptional customer service and lounge experience through product knowledge, tutorial and selection on how to use the devices. The ideal candidate actively monitors the overall guest experience, takes drink orders and independently manages their sections through collaborative work with the rest of the team. Responsibilities Oversee guest's consumption experiences, including handling purchasing of product, processing sales compliantly, and follow purchase limits, assisting with consumption devices and serving drink orders Work the host stand and support reservations schedules, and guest inquiries.
