JOB SUMMARY:
The Server is responsible for taking customers' food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, preparing itemized checks, and processing payments when necessary. Additional responsibilities may include escorting guests to tables, serving customers at counters, setting up and clearing tables, or operating a cash register. The Server must also verify patrons' identification to ensure they meet the legal age requirement for purchasing alcohol. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
