It is the server’s responsibility to be event ready in properly set up all tables before every event and assist in the tear down after the event is completed. To ensure a smooth-running event, please use all the appropriate items needed ie., BEOs and Liquor Inventory sheets, communicating with other servers, kitchen personnel and the manager-on-duty. An integral part of the server’s position is to provide support and assistance to other servers when and wherever needed if possible. Hands must be washed frequently. Wearing of latex service gloves is permitted but should be changed frequently. Hands must be washed before new gloves are in service.It is imperative that servers familiarize themselves with the company’s large facility including main dining room, main kitchen, grillroom, banquet rooms, banquet kitchens, offices, storage areas and staff. Butters, creamers, and dressings, etc. all on drop plates. Leaving space for centerpiece. Provide immediate attention to members and their guests upon entry into event space.
