Responsibilities
Gathering Required Items: The server is responsible for collecting all necessary items and supplies needed for their shift, including but not limited to menus, service carts, beverages, utensils, napkins, drinkware, and other event-specific materials. This ensures they are fully prepared to provide seamless service throughout the event.
Event Space Setup: Prior to guest arrival, servers assist in setting up the event space, which includes arranging tables, chairs, linens, and place settings, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
