Now Hiring: Server Location: Houlihan's - Jonesboro, AR Essential Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests promptly. Offer menu suggestions and answer questions with knowledgeable advice. Ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor laws. Accurately take and serve food/drink orders, ensuring guest satisfaction. Attend to guests' needs, including bussing and resetting tables. Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads. Process payments and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience. Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude. Education & Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience. Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol. Hours: Must be available to work weekends. Physical Requirements: Light work with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Requires standing and walking for extended periods. Work Conditions: Primarily indoor environment.
