Maintains the stock and cleanliness of the bar area, dining room and event areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Attends Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adheres to the Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service policy. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons. Utilizes drink measures and proper pours. Checks customers' identification and confirms it meets legal drinking age.
