Job Responsibilities Follow instructions from the company's Team Dining and performance managers. Perform basic kitchen duties such as food prep, cleaning list, and stocking items from vendors. Inform the kitchen managers of orders; maintain the cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment. Ensure all equipment is handled safely. Make sure the dining room is cleaned and always organized. Restock the buffet line, smoothie station, desserts, salad bar, etc. and help the action station attendant if needed. Keep dining tables clean and stocked with condiments. At the end of every shift, ensure all coolers, juice stations, media station, and coaching areas are stocked. Other duties as assigned by kitchen leadership. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous work experience in the same domain. Ability to work with high-profile clientele while maintaining confidentiality and handling oneself professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long durations. Ability to operate professional cleaning equipment and experience in different cleaning techniques. Must handle chemicals in a safe and efficient manner.
