At Servco Toyota Pukoloa, we are committed to providing top notch service to our customers. Our Lube & Tire Helpers keep our customers' vehicles running smooth by safely and quickly performing oil and tire changes on our customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, including draining and replacing oil and oil filter
Remove, replace, and/or repair tires and complete tire rotations
Visually inspect vehicle to determine if additional work is needed
Report any concerns or signs of potential vehicle problems to the Service Consultant
Safely dispose of all waste including oil, old filters, tires, etc.
Clean and maintain all shop related tools
Serve as a back-up Lot Attendant as needed
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Valid driver's license and strong driving record
Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes
Basic set of automotive repair tools
Strong attention to detail
Associate of Science Degree in Auto Technology and oil changing/tire work experience highly desirable
Must be able to work a 4/10 (4 days per week, 10 hours per day) work schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:15am - 6:00pm

* Evaluates issues encountered during review of transactions for internal control deficiencies and provides appropriate feedback to the up-stream control owners.

* Assist in external and internal audits and special project reviews.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of accounting work experience which included general ledger, period closing, accounts payable and account reconciliation with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

* Perform oil changes, including draining and replacing oil and oil filter
* Remove, replace, and/or repair tires and complete tire rotations
* Visually inspect vehicle to determine if additional work is needed
* Report any concerns or signs of potential vehicle problems to the Service Consultant

Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting)

Servco is looking for a Senior Accountant of Financial Reporting who is responsible for the preparation of financial reports, schedules, statements, and other financial data necessary to meet requirements of management and third parties including lenders and auditors. This person will perform monthly consolidations of domestic and foreign subsidiaries, provide accounting advice through technical accounting research and analysis to ensure proper application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) and International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), and ensures we meet applicable disclosure requirements.
Responsibilities:
Research accounting standards and perform analysis to ensure proper application of GAAP and IFRS to non-recurring, complex or new transactions and the development of required disclosures
Complete monthly, quarterly and annual close tasks; prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and analysis; and review work of consultants and junior staff
Assist in the integration of new businesses and operations, including development and ongoing execution of data transmission process from source systems, communication and review of internal control procedures over financial close and reporting process, identification of intercompany transactions, and revision of consolidated financials and footnotes for new accounting and disclosure requirements
Partner with divisional accounting teams to ensure that financial results are accurate and submitted timely and follows global internal control policies over the financial close process. Identify, document, and record elimination, consolidation, and U.S. GAAP adjustment journal entries
Perform project analysis, develop and implement procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency as assigned
Assist in completing external and internal audits and special projects
Utilize the Company's lease accounting and administration software to ensure compliance under both GAAP and IFRS lease accounting standards
Participate in the case management process including approving payments, signing checks and other ad hoc cash management duties. Develops relationships with bank contacts as well as internal partners such as Accounts Payable and Credit
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
Four years of accounting experience, of which at least two years should be in public accounting
Diversified and industry experience in retail, manufacturing and automotive and/or work experience with a big-4 national CPA firm preferred
Prior experience auditing consolidated financial statements (including foreign subsidiaries with noncontrolling shareholders preferred), purchase accounting, and business combination integrations
Prefer experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (“FCCS”) or Hyperion Financial Management (“HFM”)
Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) license preferred
Advanced level Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Technical accounting knowledge (GAAP) and research skills
Ability to effectively document accounting policies, accounting analysis, and controls
Ability to understand audit risks and procedures to effectively communicate with external auditors and respond to their requests
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships to share information, establish partnerships, and leverage expertise to accomplish goals. Must be able to establish her or himself as a confident business partner
