Complete a report as soon as practicable. * Contact Assistant Resident Life staff and/or Residence Assistants (RA's) when they are on duty during your shift and assist them with incidents, which may include such things as room checks/searches when requested. * Assist in Clery and Title IX complaints and complete necessary reports. * When severe weather may be in the area of campus, monitor for watches and warnings and be prepared to notify persons on campus of appropriate actions listed in the SCC Safety Management Plan. * As necessary, direct and/or perform tasks related to providing personal safety/security to staff, visitors, and students, verbally de-escalate confrontation situations, and provide guidance and leadership in cases of emergency or crisis within guidelines and established procedures.
