Responsible for reviewing medical records to facilitate and obtain appropriate physician documentation for any clinical conditions or procedures to support the appropriate severity of illness, expected risk of mortality, and complexity of care of the patient, by improving the quality of the physicians' clinical documentation. Exhibits a sufficient knowledge of clinical documentation requirements, MS-DRG Assignment, and clinical conditions or procedures, educates members of the patient care team regarding documentation guidelines, including attending physicians, allied health practitioners, nursing, and case management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Record Review: Completes initial medical records reviews of patient records within 24-48 hours of admission for a specified patient population to: (a) evaluate documentation to assign the principal diagnosis, pertinent secondary diagnoses, and procedures for accurate MS-DRG assignment, risk of mortality and severity of illness; and (b) initiate a review worksheet.
Conducts follow-up reviews of patients every 2-3 days to support and assign a working or final MS-DRG assignment upon patient discharge, as necessary.
Formulate physician queries regarding missing, unclear or conflicting health record documentation by requesting and obtaining additional documentation within the health record, as necessary.
Collaborates with case managers, nursing staff and other ancillary staff regarding interaction with physicians regarding documentation and to resolve physician queries prior to discharge.
Assist in training department staff new to CDI.
Professional Development: Stays current with AHA Official Coding and Reporting Guidelines, CMS and other agency directives for ICD-9-CM and CPT coding. Attends mandatory coding seminars on annual basis (IPPS and OPPS, ICD-9-CM and CPT updates) for inpatient and outpatient coding. Quarterly review of AHA Coding Clinic. Attends Quarterly Coding Updates and all coding conference calls as well as any required CDI education.
CDI: Communicates/Completes Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) activities and coding issues (lacking documentation, physician queries, etc.) for appropriate follow-up and resolution.

Your Impact
In this highly visible role as Hardware Failure Analysis Technical Lead, you will lead failure analysis effort on switches and routers. You will be responsible for performing in-depth root cause analysis, and determination of contributing factors and corrective actions for improvement of field product quality. Summary Provides support and leadership for consumers to participate in activities and receive services in community settings. Activities and services are defined by the consumer and his or her Person Centered Plan and Individualized Personal Plan. Essential Functions The following are the essential functions of the position. An employee in this classification is responsible for carrying out these functions:

Qualifications RequiredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus two years of related experience or an approved combination of experience and education.Possession of a valid California driver's license and clear driving record.

As a Training Specialist you will work with the Manufacturing Operations leadership team to develop and administer operator training for manufacturing personnel. Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, conducting initial new hire assessments, and ongoing evaluation of training curriculum and program effectiveness. You will be reporting directly to the Manager of Manufacturing.
You will
Conduct New Hire Training sessions as needed; ensures onboarding curriculum is adequate for new hires ability to perform on-the-job duties.
Conduct on-site training for new hires on manufacturing floor.
Provide executive support for onboarding/ Cross training at training center and MFG floor.
Collect operator training records and maintain the training database for all manufacturing personnel.
Schedule and coordinate daily training sessions.
Maintains training reports and records (training matrixes, sign-in sheets, reports).
Partner with HR to evaluate agency performance in delivering candidates that meet our needs.
Helps in the identification of skills and/or training needs on which efforts should be focused to improve site training efficiency and personnel proficiency.
Develop and create new training documents and forms as needed.
Always meets time commitments and deadlines, is goal-oriented.
Prepare and distribute Smocks, Vests, ESD heel straps & ESD shoes for new hires and MFG operators.
Support HR with new hire tours as needed.

Strong knowledge in Server/rack assembly and MFG environments.
Proficient knowledge of MS products: Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
Knowledge and experience working with contingent workforce.
