The job-holder will need to manage, prioritize and balance a complex range of financial data and information, a variety of processes and systems, multi-channels, stakeholders, legal and regulatory issues in order to deliver sales targets, profit, revenue growth and margin.
The Credit Advisory Specialist reports to the Strategic Solutions & Credit Advisory Director.
Position Duties / Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive sound financial plans for clients to ensure they meet their changing needs and goals
· Maintain updated knowledge of industry developments, policies, regulations and strategies.
Examine and suggest financial opportunities, implement risk management, develop retirement and tax plans
• Resource Management and Team Player: Effectively manage a wide range of resources - new business projects/opportunities, processes, systems and channels.Balance the needs and the resources, prioritizing projects/opportunities that arise within the Strategic Solutions & Credit Advisory Group, distributing them amongst its team members, or taking ownership of the ones that have been handed over by another team member, following the supervisor's instructions at all times. This will ensure that all team resources are utilized to their maximum capacity to deliver against the team's revenue and volume growth.
• Technical Knowledge and Know-How: Use extensive technical knowledge in financial markets and corporate finance to assist in the implementation of the financing solutions strategy for Private Wealth clients to be distributed both to clients directly and via their Family Offices or advisors.
• Customer, Market, Products and Sector: Knowledge and understanding of our customers, our introducers, the market and our competitors. Assist in the development of innovative and creative propositions, processes, approaches and incentives to ensure profitable achievement of targets for financial products within the Private Wealth client segment. Knowledge of the private banking and corporate sectors is essential. Lateral thinking is encouraged. Work closely together with Business Intelligence and the Commercial Area in the identification of target market, distribution strategy, sales message, products and investment features and customer insight.
• Administrative Duties: Implements all administrative steps necessary for the efficient running of the products activity. Ensure all activity is compliant with SPBI's and Santander Group's policies and processes
Other Duties & Responsibilities
• Marketing: Designs and produces a specific and focused marketing strategy, including a communications and presentations framework, to assist in the implementation of the Financing Solutions business in order to increase its appeal and usage amongst a wide range of Private Bankers.
• Risk, Compliance and legal management: Follow Company policy for all new products and initiatives where required. Work closely with Risk, Legal and Regulatory areas to ensure all changes are reviewed and compliant with our regulatory status and internal requirements. Identify potential issues and risks and manage effectively, keeping key stakeholders informed.

The eLearning Specialist oversees and manages all custom built and outsourced content across FirstService Residential University, our internal learning management system (LMS).
You will work closely with various departments, markets and the extended HR team to ensure content is consistent, easy to access, and optimized for a seamless user experience.
Your Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning courses, modules, and training materials using various digital tools and platforms
* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create content that is relevant, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives
