The Systems Training Specialist II is responsible for conducting customer and internal training on Konami's Casino Management System (SYNKROS). The Systems Training Specialist II also provides support to Konami Customers by resolving training inquiries, making process recommendations, and addressing jurisdictional requirements using SYNKROS. Support is open 24/7, 365 days a week. In this role you must be flexible to work any day of the year, including holidays. Moderate travel will be necessary. 75-80%, or as business requires.

What you'll be doing:
Provide training for customers and employees that demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Adult Learning Theory and technical aptitude/detailed knowledge of casino systems and peripherals.
Conduct training on new features, enhancements, and upgrades for Konami Customers and staff.
Partner with the Project Manager and System Implementation Team to provide customer training and support during SYNKROS installations and conversions.
Partner with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure training is aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
Serve as the Lead Trainer as required by the Training Manager and Project Management
Assist in the regular testing and maintenance of training database and peripherals to ensure they are current and in good working condition. Set up and maintain training environment and facilities at Konami as needed.
