The Senior Talent Analytics Specialist leads all aspects of analytics and reporting across Global Talent Management (GTM). The Senior Specialist conducts the ongoing analysis, interpretation, and identifies key insights in our data to convey the effectiveness of all leadership and accelerated development programs across the organization. Builds and maintains dashboards examining the effectiveness of all GTM programs, and partners with the Sr. Communication Specialist to communicate findings on a regular basis to GTM Leaders and Talent partners globally
Provides leadership to Co-op students hired into Global Talent Management to assist with various assessment research and talent analytic projects

Senior Product Development Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills who can work on project teams to win new business, develop new products and review engineering drawings & documentation.
In this highly visible position in our Engineering department, you will perform the following tasks:
Conceptual design. Development of new products.
Review of customer and industry specifications.
Review and approve drawing packages, conduct analyses versus customer requirements, manufacturing methods, GD&T, and cost.
Generate and maintain high quality documentation.
Product Support Engineer for the life of the product.
Develop new and improve existing product manufacturing processes (tooling, routings/process sheets, and work instructions).
Lead design and development of machining, brazing, welding, testing, and other fixtures.
Work with subject matter experts in machining, brazing, heat treating and welding to implement processes that meet customer requirements and cost/quality goals.
Ensure on time delivery of new products through timely documentation release and factory floor support.
Control manufacturing costs by employing effective manufacturing methods and fixtures.
Analyze inspection data including CMM, test data, etc.
Process ECNs, DMRs, MRB requests.
Lead/conduct process failure analyses to determine root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
Develop cost estimates for new product quotations.
Lead/participate teams in cost reductions efforts.
Research, design and develop more efficient workflows, methods, and equipment.
Lead/participate in multifunctional project teams.
Lead/participate in R& D projects.
Mentor other engineers and designers.
Minimum requirements: 6+ years in manufacturing engineering with direct experience in NPI, design, and manufacturing. Direct experience in machining, tooling, brazing, and/or GTAW welded assemblies. A BS degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Desirable Experience: Solidworks, MRP Software/Oracle, MRB, military and aerospace specifications, ASME 14.100, ASME 14.500, AS9100, Six Sigma.
