Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Benefits

A Brief Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Technical Claims Specialist to join our team and work from our Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Omaha, Richmond, Rockwood, or San Antonio office or remotely from anywhere in the US. We work together in the office five days a week in order to strengthen our culture, build team connections, and drive profitability. This role adjudicates our most complex Argo Re Professional Lines claims for our customers.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Working with limited oversight under broad management direction, adjudicate highly complex professional lines claims, at the highest authority limits on assignments reflecting the highest degree of technical complexity, potentially with major impact on departmental results.
Conducting detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to find solutions to issues that are numerous and undefined.
Reporting to senior management and underwriters on claims trends and developments.
Investigating claims promptly and thoroughly
Analyzing claims forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions, and other records to determine whether the loss falls within the policy coverage.
Investigating claims promptly and thoroughly, including interviewing all involved parties.
Managing claims in litigation
Managing diary timely and complete tasks to ensure that cases move to the best financial outcome and timely resolution.
Properly setting claim reserves, taking into account how different policy wordings impact the claims reserving process.
Identifying, assigning, and coordinating the assignment and coordination of expertise resources to assist in case resolution.
Preparing reports for file documentation
Applying creative solutions which result in the best financial outcome.
Negotiates highly complex settlement packages, sets reserves and authorizes payment within scope of authority, settling claims in most cost effective manner and ensuring timely issuance of disbursements.
Processing mail and prioritizing workload.
Completing telephone calls and written correspondence to/from various parties (insured, claimant, etc.).
Having an appreciation and passion for strong claim management.
What We Need:
A J. D. from an accredited university required.
A deep knowledge of claims adjudication is typically achieved through a minimum of seven years' experience adjudicating professional lines claims with exposure of $100,000 or more.
Must have good business acumen (i.e. understand how an insurance company works and makes money, including how this role impacts both Argo Group and our customers' ability to be profitable).
Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. This role primarily faces problems and issues that are difficult and require an understanding of a broader set of issues.

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Summary:
Works with field operating personnel on a daily basis to provide technical expertise and assistance to Area Directors, Operations Managers, Engineers, Technicians and other operating personnel as required to assure the safe and reliable operation of pipeline facilities, damage prevention, public awareness, and pipeline integrity programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* High Consequence Area (HCA ): Review and validate proposed HCA changes.
* Class Location Process - Interaction with Area personnel and Division/Houston GIS to determine the existence of sites or population density that may trigger the extent of existing or creation of a new class location. Review and validate proposed class location changes.
* Encroachment Analysis and Remediation -Lead role in addressing proposed encroachment activities by outside parties including landowner actions, road and highway projects, municipal and utility projects, developer and residential projects, etc. Responsibilities will include direct interface beyond the initial contact to present clear and consistent company requirements; to enforce company requirements as needed; to ensure proper documentation and proposed plans are forwarded to appropriate departments within O&E; and to act as a liaison between the third party and O&E when company facility modifications are required.

* Pipeline Shut-out Procedure review and approval -Responsible for review and approval of pipeline shut-out procedures related to any pipeline outage.
* Line Cleaning and ILI assistance across the division.
* Employee Qualifications -Resource to area management in performing training and qualification evaluations for SPP and OQ.
* Pipeline engineering and maintenance technical support - Responsible for providing directly or indirectly, technical support to field operating personnel in the areas of:
* Road and surface load calculations
* Blasting calculations and precautions
* Emergency response coordination (leaks/ruptures)
* Welding technical support

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our caregivers provide "person-centered" care, which means our residents are provided with Individualized services using a holistic approach
Caregivers working in our memory care setting will receive specialized training in dementia and working effectively with residents with dementia.
Our caregivers assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): dining, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and transfers and ambulating. Helping our residents maintain as much independence as possible is important, therefore, our caregivers encourage resident independence and/or participation to the extent of their abilities and offer choice and control. Caregivers also actively promote resident engagement in hobbies and other interests, as well as their participation in community programs and events. Caregivers working the night shift are also involved with providing laundry services and cleaning equipment.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
* Have training and/or experience as a Care Giver or have experience working as a Med Tech
* Be very dependable
* Have patience and the ability to relate to people with memory challenges
* Want to work as part of a team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
* Able to communicate effectively (speak and hear) with senior adults using professionally acceptable language, tone and terms (no profanity).
* Stand, walk, sit, push, climb and/or balance, stoop, bend or kneel during an eight-hour shift.
* Use hands and fingers to perform fine motor movements including buttoning and zipping clothing
* Lifting and/or transferring residents weighing up to 250 pounds with assistance
* Close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision is required
* Potential exposure to infectious diseases, blood, feces, urine, chemicals, and unpleasant odors throughout the shift.

Senior Technician Specialist Job In San Antonio, TX
This position will provide and coordinate healthcare services for residents living in a residential group home. Will work under the supervision of a registered nurse. including but not limited to Coordinate healthcare services for residents living in a residential group home including: oversight of resident care, staff scheduling and facility compliance.
Adhere to state and industry licensing regulations including compliance with resident care, medical records, sanitation requirements and safety inspections.
Promote positive relationships with and between residents, staff members, resident family members, facility vendors and management.
Coordinate the recruitment, training and scheduling of Caregiver staff members.
Assist with marketing and promotion activities with prospective family members.
Provide basic resident care including resident assessment according to scope of practice, administration of medications, measuring vital signs, non-oral medication, minor wound dressing, bathing/hygiene and moving of residents.

TSC Technician Lead I
Senior Technician Specialist Job In Elmendorf, TX
We are currently seeking a TSC Technician Lead to join our Elmendorf, TX team! In addition to being a working member of the Truck Specialty Center (TSC) production team, TSC Technician Leads will work on a variety of applications to include decal installations and electrical device installations such as alarms, sensors, logging devices, navigation devices, and other truck specific electrical applications. Members will wire, splice, and test electrical systems and harnesses. Members will also be required to install, modify, or remove mechanical parts to include battery & air tank relocations, suspensions, on frame drilling, welding, lift axles, PTO installs, etc. TSC Team Members will assist the team leaders as needed. All activities of the TSC Team Member are focused on customizing vehicle safely, meeting plant quality standards, and achieving delivery, and cost goals.
Responsibilities
Working within the International Operating System , read and follow written and verbal work instructions and standard operating procedures with emphasis on safety and quality inclusive of:
+ Demonstrating overall safe work behavior; including the utilization of proper safety equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
+ Pro-actively reviewing area for hazards, correcting and informing appropriate supervision a necessary
+ Using diagnostic equipment to detect and isolate faults in medium and heavy-duty vehicles and interpret test results
+ Reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic blueprints
+ Performing metal fabrication, welding, plasma cutting, electrical wiring,
+ Performing installation of hydraulic, pneumatic, and complex electronic aftermarket systems
+ Assisting and teaching other team members with modification procedures
+ Identifying deviations to International's engineering standards on modifications performed by TSC
+ Repairing and reassembling parts as necessary
+ Maintaining work area in a clean and organized manner
+ Striving for continuous improvement and implement process improvements
