Dexian is seeking a AML/BSA Specialist for an opportunity with a client located in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for fulfilling the Anti-Money-Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act requirements through identification and investigation of suspicious activity
Analyze customer account transactions to detect suspicious activity and make decisions on appropriate action to take
Work cooperatively with business line to establish procedures for identifying suspicious customer transactions, specific to money laundering, including the proper method for reporting such activity to the anti-money-laundering group
Provide guidance, support, and recommendations to business lines regarding customer AML risk ratings and account activity
Based on the outcome of the investigation, analyze and determine whether or not a Suspicious Activity Report (SARs) must be filed with the Federal Government for any identified suspicious activity
Work cooperatively with internal departments, financial institutions, and local, state or federal authorities to obtain and analyze necessary info
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or 2-3 years of related experience
Law, Fraud or AML background strongly preferred
Ideally those with degrees in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Journalism, Criminal Justice, JD, or Law Enforcement and some job related experience in those fields or banking
Basic understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/AML laws and regulations
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
The ability to work independently and confidently with WFH is also important
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Displays positive attitude and high aptitude for learning and growth
Extracurricular activities during college

Camp Program Specialist - Recreation Leader

The Camp Program Specialist position is for those applicants who are 18 years or older and preferably have completed at least two years of college (recreation, education, childcare, or a closely related field preferred) OR have two years of experience working at a camp or recreation facility or similar. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing weekly, themed activities for a specified program area such as arts & creativity, sports & games, outdoor/environmental education, character education/cooperative games or early childhood programming Program Specialists may also develop and orient Camp Counselors and Assistant Counselors to lesson plan materials to aid them in leading campers through specific activities. Program Specialists may work across several camp areas including Camp Hannah, Camp Friendship and Little Adventurers Camp for preschool age campers.
Program Specialists work flexible schedules between 7A- 6P which will include office time to research and develop activity plans and time at camp to lead programs. Typical hours are 40 hours per week, however part-time hours may be available. Program Specialists may periodically fulfill the role of Camp Counselor, dependent on overall staffing. It is preferable that candidates be available for the full summer. Approximately 60 hours prior to the camp season is required for planning purposes, as well as additional pre-summer trainings and in-service staff meetings throughout the summer. Internship credit is available.

The Beauty Advisor utilizes this knowledge to provide clients with personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience and reach set goals.

* Focus on achieving and exceeding individual Cosmetic sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily & monthly sales goals
* Provides a dynamic service presence to each location
* Skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a client's needs in order to effectively provide them guidance or directions
* Actively participate on social media; Instagram, etc. to grow your personal brand and business
* Demonstrate professional make-up and treatment consultation and application
* Maintain a consistent high level of service by creating and developing excellent client relationships as the brand expert and department representative
* Cross sell beyond one line to drive results and build the client's basket
* Thoroughly knowledgeable on all in-store services and proactively offers the appropriate service to a client to further personalize and enhance their shopping experience
* Maintain a positive image as a liaison between the company and Account Executives
* Utilize online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences to drive your business
* Focus all efforts on providing an exceptional client experience from approach, to application, to closing the sale and following up with the client
* Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming space
