PURPOSE
The personal trainer is a trusted team member who guides clients to success on their health and fitness journey. DELIVERABLES

Create an approachable environment in and around the Personal Training Cage. This includes interacting with members, clients & guests in a friendly, fun, energetic & inclusive way. Personal Trainers will also demonstrate consistency in appearance, safety protocols, and cleaning activities.
Create a supportive, connected community for all clients. This includes utilizing the VASA programs, tools & resources, to deliver meaningful personal trainer check-ins, coaching and encouragement in the on-going success of each client.

Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. What Is the Opportunity?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player with industry experience to join our Strategic Resolution Group Claim team as a Sr. Technical Specialist handling complex toxic tort, latent injury, sexual misconduct, environmental claims and/or excess claims that present significant financial exposures. With general supervision, you will manage challenging large exposure claims which routinely present unique, complex liability and coverage issues. You will develop strategies to successfully resolve these claims in the most efficient and effective way while meeting established protocols and delivering optimal customer service. You will apply your advanced knowledge of legal issues and applicable case law in multiple jurisdictions. Provides mentoring, coaching, consulting, and training resources, and serves as a contact and technical resource to the field and our business partners. Assists with interviewing and hiring and training of junior employees.

* In the handling large exposure claims, your responsibilities may include:
* Coverage Research and Analysis - Responsible for researching the existence of policies that may have been issued by multiple legacy companies and analyzing coverage. How you will contribute
As a Senior Consultant you will be working closely with healthcare clients on a range of complex assignments. **What Is the Opportunity?**
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating and resolving assigned Specialty Property Damage claims.
