Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Actimize IFM Developer for our banking client to drive end-to-end development and delivery of Actimize solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in Actimize IFM, leadership in solution design, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions without reliance on Actimize support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Actimize IFM development, handling solution design, configuration, and implementation.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, ask the right questions, and provide rapid next-step recommendations.
Optimize Oracle database performance for Actimize IFM solutions, including tuning, debugging, and performance testing.
Work with Policy Manager, rules, context files, config files, and IDEs (Modular, Designer) to develop and manage alerts.
Manage Agile processes, including story backlog, documentation, and sprint planning.
Must-Have Requirements:
Senior/Lead-level Actimize IFM development experience.
Strong ability to work independently with business stakeholders, providing technical direction and solution design.
Deep expertise in Policy Manager, rules, context/config files for IFM.
Experience with Oracle performance tuning and Java development.
Agile experience with backlog management and documentation.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude.

About the role:
This is an exciting time to join our Cardiology team as we launch new and innovative products to the Electrophysiology (EP) market - one of the fastest-growing areas in med tech. Boston Scientific has an array of products and therapies to treat patients with atrial fibrillation (AFib) including Cryo, Radiofrequency, and our Pulsed Field ablation therapy, FARAPULSE. Currently, we offer technologies such as 3D Mapping and Navigation systems, Radiofrequency Ablation catheters, Diagnostic Catheters, EP recording systems, and Intracardiac Access Sheaths for diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders.
The EP Mapping Specialist will spend their first year gaining expertise in Boston Scientific technology while obtaining extensive professional development to ensure readiness for success in this hands-on, field-based role. Once training is complete, the EP Mapping Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Rhythmia Mapping System during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Will be required to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, EP mapping and recording systems, transeptal access technologies, and left atrial appendage occlusion technologies.
Attends procedures in cardiac CV/EP labs of hospital accounts for clinical support and development efforts of BSC AF Solutions products including Rhythmia HDx mapping system, LabSystem Pro recording system, transeptal access products, diagnostic and therapeutic catheters, and WATCHMAN LAAC technologies.
Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of AF Solutions products by creating and delivering presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all customers abreast of the latest product, therapy, and technology developments and current items of interest in the industry.
Meets with existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling (in an automobile or airplane) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate and train them on how company products can help them to achieve their goals.

Summary
The Field Canvasser/Recall Specialist will be responsible for effectively managing a territory to ensure that assigned cases pertaining to Takata airbag recalls, or other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) critical initiatives assigned, are completed, or cases closed on identified targeted vehicles in their assigned geography.
Essential Job Functions:
• Conduct field canvassing, “door knocks” and face-to-face visits at identified addresses to close cases with required documentation
• Utilize MarketSource Salesforce.com Dashboard to review case assignments and closures
• Subject matter expert on assigned initiative(s)
• Understand and communicate to the customer any incentives, benefits, and programs pertaining to initiatives that are available.
• Complete, upload, and record all information to specific requirements in Salesforce.com
• Utilize mapping and route optimization tools to effectively maximize productivity
• Educate consumers on the extreme importance of recall and/or initiative(s)
• Overcome hesitancy and resistance from consumers to close cases
• Develop relationships and work closely with assigned businesses in designated markets and field team members

The Permanency Specialist works closely as a part of the clinical team in the Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). They will focus on working with youth currently residing in the RTF who are also in foster care to increase family connections. Using a family finding model, this position will seek to secure permanency for youth by exploring caregivers, adoptive and kinship options.
Essential Job Duties:
Implement a Family Finding model with youth.
Provide support to families, caregivers, or other adults who may be possible resources to youth.
Maintain accurate documentation on contact with clients, providers, family resources and other individuals in the electronic medical record system.
Run permanency roundtables for youth.
Participate in treatment plan reviews, red flag meetings, child and family treatment meetings or other pertinent meetings.
