KODA Technologies is seeking a DOORS NG System Administration Engineer to support the Mars Ascent Vehicle Integrated System (MAVIS) Program in Huntsville, Alabama. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering IBM DOORS Next Generation (NG), supporting requirements engineering, and integrating Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools to ensure robust digital continuity. What You'll Be Doing:
DOORS NG Administration:
Configure, maintain, and optimize IBM DOORS NG for MAVIS requirements management. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls. Develop and enforce best practices for database structuring, attributes, and relationships. Implement scripts and automation tools (DXL, JavaScript, etc.) for efficiency improvements.
Requirements Engineering: Develop, manage, and maintain system and subsystem requirements within DOORS NG. Ensure traceability between requirements, verification methods, and test plans. Support requirements decomposition, allocation, and validation across MAVIS subsystems. Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics for design reviews and audits.
MBSE Integration & Support:
Integrate DOORS NG with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Rhapsody, or similar. Facilitate digital thread continuity across system models and requirements databases. Support SysML-based modeling efforts and synchronization between requirements and architecture.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
