Minimum job requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate experience. PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification a plus.
* Five years of recruiting experience.
* Experience using applicant tracking Systems.
* Proven success and creativity at deploying a wide range of traditional and emerging sourcing techniques, from job boards to social media, in order to sustain an employer brand and build candidate pipelines.
* Proven ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in a range of circumstances.
* Passion for recruiting with innate ability to instill enthusiasm for the organization into all communications with candidates.
* The ideal candidate will possess high energy, be highly motivated, and self-directed.

SALARY STATEMENT
The budgeted lifespan salary range for this position is currently $105,000 to $117,000 per year. Salary is determined by several factors including applicant's knowledge, skills, experience, position, equity, and market.
