What you'll do as a Talent Acquisition Manager Execute effective recruiting strategies, plans and processes focused on sourcing a diverse workforce of new and experienced talent with a focus on strong organizational fit; Focus on process improvement/expense control for talent acquisition activities; Closely manage the recruitment and applicant review process to ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner while maintaining a strong commitment to an internal consultative/team-based approach to hiring; Establish regular strategic staffing sessions to determine priority pipeline positions; Deliver exceptional customer service with a primary focus on operational excellence as well as proactive, competitive, and cost-effective recruitment solutions; Directly Interview and hire or assist in these functions for various positions throughout the organization as needed; Partner with business leaders, the greater talent acquisition team, hiring managers and HR professionals to drive and meet or exceed organizational TA goals; Facilitate and implement training and education for recruiting teams on various subjects related to sourcing, talent selection, recruiting pipeline management and behavioral interviewing; Provide supervisors and managers guidance on best hiring practices, including interviewing techniques and practices; Manage talent programs, such as internships and referral programs, to cultivate a robust talent pipeline. Develop creative recruitment solutions; Prepare and present regular management staffing reports of key staffing metrics including time-to-fill, attrition, diversity, cost etc; Develop and maintain networking relationships with community and alumni organizations, schools and industry organizations; Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including Affirmative Action and diversity initiatives.
