Working Conditions
Hybrid telework may be available. Availability is at management discretion and may not be available for this position based on the nature of the work. 70% to 80% of your work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of office equipment and technology. 20% to 30% of your work will be outside the office at community outreach and recruitment events. This will require you to move between different building locations in varying weather conditions. You may also be required to lift and carry materials up to 20 pounds occasionally, and up to 10 pounds frequently.

Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing open positions for a variety of functions within Trident to ensure that hiring and staffing goals are met. This includes partnering with hiring managers, other talent acquisition partners and Human Resources Business Partners to define positions, develop and implement candidate generation strategies, and manage the interviewing and selection process.

Partners with hiring managers on a variety of searches, including hourly and salaried positions.
Communicates statuses in a regularly scheduled cadence to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Proactively identifies any opportunities and solicits open and collaborative feedback from the hiring manager to ensure that each search is on target.
Develops candidate generation plans (sourcing plans) to effectively reach broad and diverse pools of candidates.
Drives proactive outreach and implements effective job engagement strategies.

Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)
A minimum of two years of recruiting experience recruiting for Skilled Trades roles in a Manufacturing, Vocational or Industrial Operations production environment.
Experience managing a high volume of open roles, at least 50 open requisitions at one time
