Responsible for recruiting top talent for administrative roles to support all regional recruiting. Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and fill open administrative positions.
Leads Corporate recruiting and determines best practices for sourcing, building pipelines, filling specialized positions and effective use of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Guides HR Generalist in recruiting as needed.
