Must have solid experience as a Senior Leader of a Project Management department in the Telecom Construction industry (specifically Outside Plant, Fiber-To-The-Home Construction). Candidates without OSP FTTH telecom Project Management leadership experience will not be considered for this role. The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Project Management will oversee all aspects of project execution and delivery, ensuring operational excellence in our construction project services for fiber optic networks. This individual will build and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), drive the implementation of best practices, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the CEO, the SVP will drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and lead a high-performing team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Act as the company's primary representative in all client interactions, ensuring professionalism and alignment with project goals. Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to address and resolve project-related issues. Standardize processes across the entire project management organization to build the PMO. Build, mentor, and lead a team of project managers, site supervisors, and support staff. Leverage technology to streamline project tracking, reporting, and resource allocation. Review project progress, identify productivity challenges, and implement proactive solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of project experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a team. Proven expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically in telecommunications and fiber optic construction (FTTH, OSP).
