We are currently looking to hire a Strategy Manager, Special Projects!
The Strategy Manager, Special Projects will leverage their experience in consulting, manufacturing, and/or CPG sectors to analyze business operations, develop actionable insights, and lead projects that transform and improve our supply chain network. This role will be heavily focused in conducting analysis and crafting recommendations to optimize our manufacturing network and project managing end-to-end supply chain optimization projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex data, manage cross-functional projects, and produce clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact with senior leadership are crucial in this role.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

**_Responsibilities_**
+ Execution and management of the Order to Cash functionality that supports the Pharma business segment.
+ Responsible for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings in OTC functional areas of SAP Pharma platform.
+ Lead in IT, service delivery, strategy alignment to drive tactical solutions and stakeholder management.
+ Overall solution ownership of Incidents, defects, enhancements, and new build for OTC.
+ Keeping up with emerging technologies and changes in business processes.
+ Closely follows the strategic direction set by the segment and executes on priority goals.
+ Completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners to deliver solutions for value-add business functions.

+ Complies and enforce adoption of Solution discover, documentation, Hypercare and build-to-run transition to our support partners.
+ Supports the Vertex 6.0 Tax Software, 3rd party application, for pharmaceutical segment.
+ Supports the Pharma ordering channels integration with SAP and associated application. Accountable for driving BRMS support with our Run partners.
+ Responsible for the KPI's and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma business units on SAP
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
+ 12+ years' experience in SAP OTC Build/Run preferred
+ Full-Cycle SAP OTC implementation
+ SAP OTC Solution discovery, Options analysis and Build guidance.
+ Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
+ Strong business acumen in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution space.
+ Superior knowledge of processes and technology with deep hands-on knowledge in all the areas of OTC domain.
+ Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions.
+ Prior work experience in Sales and Distribution module within SAP ECC or S/4 HANA Enterprise Management and Vistex knowledge is a plus.
+ Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
+ Strong experience in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with our functional partners to deliver quality business solutions.
+ Prior experience with managing highly skilled onsite and offshore teams.
+ Superior experience of identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams.

Merrick & Company is seeking qualified applicants for a fulltime Project Manager position in our Water and Wastewater practice in our Denver, Colorado, or Loveland, Colorado offices. WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Must be capable of directing and managing a multi-discipline team of design engineers or technicians on water and wastewater projects.
* Will be expected to provide input to and participate in strategic planning for the team. Work closely with Business Unit management team to identify growth, project delivery, staffing and financial performance.
* Will be expected to adopt and apply all Merrick policies and procedures and to apply them on assignments.
* Work closely with clients to effectively describe and deliver scope of work.
* Prepares and oversees fee proposals for water and wastewater design work.

The Successful Candidate shall:
* Demonstrate experience, in-depth knowledge, and understanding of water treatment and conveyance, wastewater treatment and conveyance, and associated infrastructure. Demonstrated design experience, familiarity with applying State and Federal regulations, and some experience with construction observation is preferred.
* Be able to demonstrate a long-term successful record of Business Development, project management, managing schedules and budgets for medium to large, complex civil engineering design efforts, and demonstrated skills for effectively working in multi-discipline engineering teams.
* Be proficient and have successfully demonstrated capabilities with client development, preparing successful proposals in collaboration with marketing and business development teams and interviews. Colorado experience is preferred by not required.
* Demonstrate successful management of design teams including design engineers, CAD technicians, and subconsultants as part of project teams.
* Foster positive relationships with clients, government agencies, and community representatives.
* Be expected to provide input to and participate in strategic planning for the team.
* Be capable of performing independent design tasks, peer reviews, preparing construction documents (i.e. design drawings, general and technical specifications), preparing both design and construction cost estimates, organizing all project deliverables, and generally managing the efforts of a project design and permitting team
* Demonstrate experience successfully working with team members who may be in different offices or different geographies from the candidate's home office.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an A.B.E.T. Accredited School.
* Master's degree in engineering preferred but not a requirement if successful project experience is demonstrated.
* Must be a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado or capable of registration within six months of appointment.
