Job Description · Lead a cross-functional agile development team to develop and integrate feature capabilities across Android platforms, including mobile, tablet, and TV. · Facilitate and oversee the Android development process using software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall). · Develop detailed project plans to track delivery progress across multiple platforms and ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget. · Manage changes to scope and scheduling, proactively communicating potential risks to gain stakeholder alignment. · Deliver bugs and new features from the product roadmap and tech debt backlog. · Write, prioritize, and accept product user stories. · Define the roadmap for a platform or platforms. · Communicate clearly and often with team-members, leadership and internal stakeholders through entire product lifecycle, reporting and escalating to management as needed. · Partner with Data Science to develop clear and actionable insights from the metrics gathered through various systems. · Collaborate with other members of the Product, UX and Engineering teams to identify, iterate, discover, and design new features. · Document delivered features in partnership with tech, indicating any platform nuances and planned enhancements. Compensation : $55/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
